Thank you to everyone who has joined Very Special Kids Run Melbourne Team!

We now have 60+ runners for Very Special Kids all fundraising either as part of the Very Special Kids team or have set up their own pages. If you would like to join this team click 'Join this team' and enter the password: special.

Overall we hope to raise $15,000 from the Run Melbourne event to help over 800 families of children with life-threatening illnesses.

The Age Run Melbourne 2012 for Very Special Kids

Very Special Kids is a unique organisation that supports families throughout their experience of caring for children with life-threatening illnesses, from diagnosis through to recovery or bereavement. Such illnesses include cancer, muscular dystrophy and a range of neuro-degenerative, genetic and rare conditions. Sadly, many of these children will not reach adulthood.
