Last Sunday, 29th April, saw me running three laps of Princes Park to complete 9.5km in 49.30mins!!

This goal of 10km in under 50mins is getting closer and closer. I've printed the training schedule, will attempt to do as much of it as I can while maintaining my usual gym classes as well (on top of working part time and raising a family, that is!)
