Pancreatic cancer is one of the most lethal of all cancers. Barely five per cent of people diagnosed survive beyond five years - a rate of survival worse than any other cancer. The median survival rate is, tragically, a mere three to six months.

The person I love most in the world - my dad - has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. He is fighting a very hard battle against this disease and I am running to support him.
